If a rewire is required, detail the number of rooms, how many sockets per room, how may light fittings and switches you desire per room. For a kitchen refit, detail number of sockets, if you are having a washing machine/dishwasher, whether your cooker is electric and list any wall lights, under cupboard lights and type of ceiling fittings you desire e.g. low energy spotlights.
